There are just a few hours left until the announcement of the Big singers competing at the 2024 Sanremo Festival, scheduled for 6 to 10 February next year. Announcement that will be made by Amadeus today Sunday 3 December during the 1.30 pm news. The verdict will arrive with the names, after weeks of indiscretions and rumors, among a ‘sea’ of candidates.
On his Instagram stories the host posted a video of himself preparing the list. “Now stop thinking, let’s write. Let’s write the list of competing singers”, he says with pen and paper in hand. “Tomorrow (today, ed.) on Tg1, at 1.30pm, now you can’t look at what I’m writing”, he adds, closing the camera lens with his hand.
According to the regulations of this edition of the festival, the host and artistic director should announce 23 names in the competition, to which will then be added the 3 artists who will take the podium in the final of Sanremo Giovani, scheduled for 19 December, live on Rai 1.
The list will include at least some of the big names who have been linked to the Festival for some time.
