The first Sunday in December will be rainy in much of Brazil, according to the weather forecast from the National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet).

For this Sunday, the 3rd, the advance of rain showers will occur, mainly, from the afternoon onwards. But, in the morning, at least ten of the 27 capitals will record water accumulations.

According to the weather forecast, Sunday will be rainy in the morning in all four capitals of the Central-West. The same situation, however, is expected for Macapá, Manaus, Porto Velho, Vitória, Belo Horizonte and Porto Alegre.
Furthermore, in the capitals of Amapá, Amazonas, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul and Rio Grande do Sul, rain will not be the last weather phenomenon in the spotlight. This is because these cities will experience thunderstorms.

Rainy Sunday during the afternoon and evening, indicates weather forecast
In the afternoon, more cities enter the rain map. With the exception of Rio de Janeiro, it will rain on all capitals in four of the country’s five regions: South, Southeast, Central-West and North. The Northeast, in this sense, will be present on the list of precipitation with Teresina and São Luís.

In addition to being rainy, the afternoon period this Sunday will feature thunderstorms, reinforces the Inmet in your weather forecast. This climatic phenomenon is expected to occur in 13 capitals:

At night, according to the weather forecast, three more northeastern capitals will live up to the status rainy Sunday. According to Inmet, instabilities will also occur in Natal, João Pessoa e Recife.
Regarding thunderstorms, the forecast is exactly the same as for the afternoon of the day — that is, it will thunder in the 13 capitals listed above.
Despite having rain and thunderstorms this Sunday, Cuiabá will, as usual, be the hottest capital in Brazil. According to Inmet, thermometers will reach 38ºC in the main city of Mato Grosso. With a minimum of 17ºC, Brasília will lead the list of coldest capitals of the day.
