Energy renovation: what advantages for these co-ownerships considered exemplary?

Since 2019, the Paris Climate Agency has awarded a prize, called CoachCopro Trophies, to co-owners who have carried out exemplary overall energy renovations. We went to see two of them, in Boulogne and Paris, to check the improvement in terms of comfort and the bill.
