Watan Today: The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, through the Directorate of Information Technology and Electronic Transformation, and in cooperation with the Directorate of Higher Education Institutions in the Ministry, launched a new electronic platform through which electronic requests can be submitted to calculate the average and determine the grade for non-Jordanian university certificates, in which the student’s average is not shown and is not reported. It also includes determining the estimate.
Through this platform, the student can submit an electronic application, enter all personal and academic data, and upload certified copies of his university documents, free of charge, without the student having to pay any financial fees, and he does not need to come to the Ministry’s campus.
After the relevant committee in the ministry receives the application, the documents sent with it will be reviewed and audited, and a document will be issued for the student specifying his university average and grade. A text message will be sent to the student upon completion of the processing of his application and asking him to visit the Directorate of Higher Education Institutions to receive the original document that determines his grade and grade in the non-Jordanian university certificate. .
It should be noted that the launch of this platform comes within the framework of the plan of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to complete the computerization of all the services it provides to service recipients in order to facilitate them and save time, effort and money, noting that more than 98% of the services provided by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research are computerized services.
