Israel Accuses Hamas of Drugging Detainees Before Release

Israel has accused Hamas terrorists of drugging detainees before releasing them, leaving them feeling happy and calm. Hagar Mizrahi, head of general medicine at Israel’s Ministry of Health, revealed that some of the detainees were given a sedative shortly before their release.

The revelation comes after around 105 hostages were released as part of a ceasefire agreement reached at the end of last month. It is believed that some of the hostages were given a sedative such as Revotril, also known as Klonex, before they were released.

The information about how many detainees were given drugs, whether based on blood tests or witness statements, has not been disclosed. Meanwhile, Israel has accused Hamas of hiding fighters and hostages in tunnels and civilian homes, prompting attacks on these locations.

In response, Israel is planning to fill the extensive tunnel network of Hamas in the Gaza Strip with seawater. Large pumps are reportedly being prepared to pump the water, with the tactic aimed at destroying tunnels, driving fighters from their shelters, and threatening Gaza’s water supply.

According to reports, the Israel Defense Forces have installed large seawater pumps north of the al-Shati refugee camp, with each pump capable of moving thousands of cubic meters of water per hour from the Mediterranean Sea into the tunnels and flood them within weeks.

The accusations and plans by Israel are part of ongoing efforts to defeat Hamas and ensure the safety and security of the region.
