Kannada actor Yash announces upcoming film “Toxic” with National Award-winning director Geetu Mohandas
After the immense success of the KGF franchise, Kannada actor Yash is all set to star in a new movie titled “Toxic,” in collaboration with National Award-winning director Geetu Mohandas. The film, which has been in the works for quite some time, is scheduled to go on the floors in December 2023.
Yash, who didn’t sign any project post the success of KGF, waited for this particular project. Geethu Mohandas spent an extensive amount of time completing the film’s script and after Yash got satisfied, the project was greenlit.
The movie is set to hit theaters on April 10, 2025, and alongside Yash, actress Sai Pallavi has been cast in the project. “Toxic” will be produced by KVN Productions.
Yash had undertaken pre-production work in London in September and shared the film’s title through a video on Instagram, giving fans a glimpse of his look in the film.
It is rumored that the movie will be based on the Goa drugs mafia, and true to the core theme, the makers have titled it “Toxic.” More details about the cast and crew will be revealed soon.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of “Toxic” and are excited to see Yash and Sai Pallavi share the screen under the direction of Geetu Mohandas.
