The 21st Doha Forum Kicks Off with World Leaders and Experts Gathering

Doha: The 21st Doha Forum, set to bring together world leaders, thinkers, and economic and political experts, will begin on Saturday. The two-day event will be held under the theme ‘Let’s Build the Future of Community’, with the Emir of Rum Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani inaugurating the forum.

The Doha Sheraton Hotel will become a hub for rich and interesting discussions, with the forum covering a wide range of topics. This includes the recent end of Israel’s Gaza offensive, which occurred two months ago and resulted in a death toll that exceeded 16,000. The political challenges facing the sector in the past and future will also be discussed, along with current international affairs and world politics. Additionally, the forum will hold discussions about Kalavastha Vellullu.

The event will see the attendance of heads of various states, political leaders, senior citizens, industrialists, ministers, and experts from various fields. They will partake in discussions on topics such as international cooperation, security, economic policy, development, cyber security, data privacy, artificial intelligence, and sustainability.

A total of 18 main sessions and 35 related sessions, roundtables, and workshops will be held, covering a wide array of topics. The forum will kick off with the ‘Middle East E Sessions’ with the theme “Pol” at 10 am.

High-profile speakers at the forum include Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Dr. Rahman Althani, Prime Minister of Palestine Muhammad Shtayyeh, Jordanian Vice Prime Minister Ayman Al Safadi, and U.N. General Assembly President Denis Francis Ennivar. The sessions will feature world-class personalities discussing various topics, such as Palestinian political necessity, women’s education in Afghanistan, and the Syria conflict.

Furthermore, the forum will also feature panels of diplomats, with United Nations Secretary General António Guterres in attendance.
