YOGYAKARTA – PT Angkasa Pura I (AP1) collaborates with an Intellectual Property (IP) company in Indonesia, INFIA Corp, to launch #PartyWisata which aims to promote tourism destinations in Yogyakarta through attractive visual installations, by presenting the iconic characters of the first local Intellectual Property (IP) in Indonesia, namely ‘Hi Dudu’ at Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA Airport).
The #PartyWisata campaign is in line with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) program to develop the Borobudur Temple Super Priority Tourism Destination (DPSP), where YIA Airport is the main air gateway.
“This collaboration between AP1 and INFIA Corp is something worth looking forward to. INFIA Corp with its various unique characters is here to complement the atmosphere of the end of the year which is full of pleasant holiday vibes. We hope that this will give an unforgettable impression, a memorable travel experience, as well as added value services for service users at YIA Airport,” said AP1 Commercial and Service Director Dendi T. Danianto.

He added that the presence of the giant Hai Dudu statue at YIA Airport is also an initiative to present attractive modern works of art for young people, in addition to adding to the collection of artistic works of art at YIA Airport which are the work of local artists from Yogyakarta and its surroundings.
The presence of one of Hai Dudu’s iconic characters at YIA Airport through this campaign will also make history for Hai Dudu as the first local Indonesian Intellectual Property (IP) to carry out a campaign at the airport.
With various iconic local IP installations, this will amaze the eyes and will invite airport service users to celebrate the tourist experience in a more immersive way. This installation is present at various points at YIA Airport, including the arrival area, check-in area, and the YIA Walk area which will become the newest retail and event area at YIA Airport.

In this campaign, Hai Dudu, which also collaborates with Wonderful Indonesia, will accompany visitors to YIA Airport in promoting various Indonesian tourist destinations and attractions, especially in Yogyakarta which includes famous tourist destinations such as Borobudur Temple, Prambanan Temple, Ratu Boko Temple, Gumuk Pasir Parangkusumo, and many more. much more. This campaign collaboration will take place at YIA Airport for 3 months, starting from December 2023 to March 2024.
The choice of location in Yogyakarta was to commemorate a decade of INFIA Corp, which was founded in 2014. In the future, #PartyWisata is expected to expand to various other airports in the country, as well as tourism destinations and attractions in Indonesia.
“YIA Airport is the starting point, and we hope to bring this enthusiasm to airports and other tourist destinations in Indonesia so that the #PartyWisata campaign can add to the experience and value of existing destinations. “We hope that visitors will always be entertained by seeing, hearing and feeling the essence of the various installations that we have prepared,” said INFIA Corp Director Andrey Noelfry.
