What can’t a difficult situation force a person to do and when it comes to the future of her children and their upbringing, a mother can go to any extent. Poonam Devi of Ghaziabad is also doing something like this. Who had never stepped outside the four walls of her house, today she is working as a mechanic and repairing bikes while sitting on the roadside.
Actually, Poonam’s husband is a mechanic by profession. But he became a victim of paralysis in an accident. After this, along with the responsibility of running the house, Poonam also had to worry about the future of her two children. But instead of spreading hands in front of anyone, Poonam preferred to pick up the tool in her hand.
However, in the beginning he also had to face many problems. At first people used to stop and look at it strangely. Some people could not believe that how could a woman do such work?
But Poonam always stood firm and focused only on her work. Gradually, through his hard work, he proved his capability. And she was able to do all this only because for her, the future of her children was more important than people’s taunts.
She started learning small jobs using her husband’s tools and today she is able to provide a better life to her family by becoming a successful mechanic.
