The police in Stockholm County report that a violent incident occurred on a long-distance train coming to Södertälje south. Two train travelers got into an altercation with another passenger after sitting in the wrong seats, resulting in physical violence.

According to reports, a passenger pointed out that the two individuals were sitting in the wrong seats, which led to a physical assault on the passenger who spoke up. As a result, the aggressive train travelers were removed from the train by staff and the police were called to intervene.

Fortunately, the passenger who was assaulted did not sustain any injuries and has chosen not to file a report.

Södertälje, where the incident occurred, has recently been in the spotlight for a rise in fights. The city is ranked in the top 11 in Sweden this year in terms of fights, with Malmö leading the list, followed by Stockholm and Gothenburg.
