Watan Al-Youm – Today, Saturday, the League of Arab States mourned the Emir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, who passed away to the mercy of God Almighty.
The Secretary-General of the League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to the State of Kuwait, its leadership, government and people, and to the entire Arab nation on the death of the Emir of Kuwait.
He considered that the deceased of the Arab nation is a symbol of tolerant humanity, and that he devoted his life in the service of his country, and that His Highness believed in joint Arab action as an irreplaceable goal, and during his reign, Kuwait remained one of the pillars of the work of the Arab system, with the League of Arab States at its heart.
The Secretary-General said that the exploits of the deceased make his memory firmly established in the Arab consciousness, and that the Arab League stands with the people of Kuwait in this sad time with all support, support and sincere calls.
