Rosen Canada’s Canada and Tochmeier acquired about 10% of Norstar shares

Israel Canada Is under the control of Barak Rosen Wasi Tochmeier. Israel Canada also recently acquired a 13% stake in the real estate company Alrov, which is controlled by Alfred Akirov, for NIS 382 million.

The Norstar share today concentrated a huge turnover of about NIS 60 million on the stock exchange, and recorded a jump of 37%. Before the jump, the company was traded at a value of NIS 1.1 billion, followed by a value of NIS 1.5 billion.

Haim Katzman Controls Norstar through a holding of approximately 41% of its shares. Norstar holds 55.3% of Gazit Globe’s shares. Katzman serves as CEO and Vice Chairman of both companies.
