Apple Set to Launch iPhone 16 Pro with New Capture Button Feature
Tech enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the launch of Apple’s iPhone 16 Pro, which is expected to be part of the entire iPhone 16 family set to debut towards the end of next year. According to reports, the Pro devices will feature a new addition – the Capture Button, which will be located on the left side of the device and will allow users to quickly shoot videos.
According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gorman, trusted sources in the industry have revealed that pressing the Capture Button will allow users to immediately switch to video capture without the need to turn on the device or enter the camera application. This indicates that the iPhone 16 Pro is expected to come with unique video capture capability, as Apple would not have chosen to focus specifically on this feature through a completely new button otherwise.
It is still unclear whether Apple will allow users to choose whether they wish to change the functionality of the photo button, similar to the new Action button added to the iPhone 15 Pro series this year. The Capture Button is also expected to become commonplace in the entire iPhone 16 family.
