According to the announcement, in order to ensure the smooth operation of labor supply for enterprises, companies that want to ensure the replacement of their employees who are about to retire can apply for wage supplements from January. The program aims to

The program provides support for businesses that successfully apply for a maximum of one year. For the wage costs of an experienced employee undertaking mentoring, 150,000 forints per month can be used, while for 6 hours of employment for a new employee, a maximum of 75 percent of the guaranteed minimum wage, i.e. 244,500 forints, can be used.
