The 38th Skyworth South Dammam Football Tournament Kicks Off with a Bang
The 38th Skyworth South Dammam Football Tournament, organized by the Friday Club Dammam, a sports association of Kozhikode south residents, got off to a flying start. The month-long fair was inaugurated by Skyworth Senior Sales Officer CKV Ashraf, with the presence of civic dignitaries, tournament sponsors, and Friday Club Dammam officials including Chairman Mohammad Ali, Vice President Shihab, and Executive Member Akif.
Friday Club Dammam President Intikaf Alam presided over the event, with Altaf Muneer welcoming the attendees and Joint Secretary Jamshid extending his thanks. The march past of six franchises was led by a team consisting of Abubakar Siddique, Irfan, and Danish.
The first matches of the tournament saw some outstanding performances, with Ayan Ubaid, Yamin, and Sayan Bin Ajnas being selected as Man of the Match in the Sub Junior category, while Arman and Waseem Abdul Samad were recognized in the Junior and Senior categories, respectively. Sabit, Shukur, and Ashir were also awarded the Man of the Match title in the Senior and Super Senior categories.
