As Károly Zsótér recently told Rádió7, they had to work with a rather strict drive and work discipline in order to complete it from scratch in eight months, including demolition. He followed attentively how the workers dealt with outdoor tasks, sometimes even early in the evening; for example, they concreted the base of the fence, equipped with a headlamp. The head of the city also emphasized that certain elements of the institution raising small children had to be designed according to special rules, he mentioned as an example that even the walls were painted with a special material, but there were many other safety aspects in the design of the interior and exterior spaces.

The work is going on from the ground floor to the roof: the carpenters and the tinsmiths are working, the windows and doors are in place, the plasterboarding and painting of the ground floor walls is completely finished. The electrical network and the geothermal heating system have been completed, the sewage network is in order, and the installation is underway. The yard, the playground and the terrace form a separate unit, the earthmoving machines are already working, creating a suitable foundation for outdoor games.
The municipality implements the tender with a non-refundable grant of almost HUF 970 million. The main goal of the project is to ensure nursery care by building a new nursery in the municipal area in the central part of the settlement.
