The incident occurred on the night of Monday, December 18, and on the morning of Tuesday, December 19, the official Chinese media reported the effects of the earthquake, which has left infrastructure destroyed in the affected cities.
Local media reported, for their part, that rescuers face sub-zero temperatures in these cities, within the framework of their humanitarian work, in which trained dogs participate.
