Police Encounter Wanted Vehicle and Suspect in Norrköping
At 09:46 this morning, a police patrol in Norrköping encountered a wanted vehicle on Himmelstadlundsallén. The officers found a man who appeared to be under the influence in connection with the vehicle and made the decision to take samples at the hospital.
The man, in his 30s, is suspected of abuse of means of transportation, drugged driving, and gross illegal driving as he was not authorized to drive a car. Additionally, a dog patrol was ordered to the scene to search for any possible objects that may have been thrown.
According to the authorities, the man is being taken care of in accordance with the law on the care of intoxicated persons and will be allowed to sober up in a cell before interrogation.
