Carlos García/León, Gto.- Omar Ramírez Guerrero, lawyer and actuary, was murdered while playing basketball with his three children at the mini sports center in Colonia Villa Magna.
According to some witnesses, men on a motorcycle arrived at the place where the lawyer lived with his family, and without further ado, they shot him at least five times.
Given the multiple wounds, the man fell to the ground in front of his children and while he was dying, the attackers fled the scene.
After notifying the 911 emergency system, elements of the municipal police and paramedics from firefighters and Civil Protection arrived at the scene, who upon reviewing the lawyer’s injuries confirmed that he had already died.
Omar Ramírez was a renowned lawyer in León, a graduate of the University of La Salle Bajío, as well as an athlete.
