And for a twenty-year-old boy to express it seems brilliant to me.”

«You’re right. The models are still imperfect. I have two children, balancing family and work is not easy. Toni finds the courage to question himself and propose another version of himself to others.”

«The success was unpredictable. The first season, in 2015, was with France 2, Netflix did not yet exist. Then it hit the boom. We liked Andréa’s freedom that makes noise, she is not a discreet woman, she makes no apologies for being snobbish and unpleasant, she is passionate, honest, very intelligent. She’s also funny, she gets in her own way, she’s human. I wasn’t sure I would accept, if at the time TV and cinema had little dialogue but among the directors there was Cedric Kaplish. I love his cinema. And I immediately loved Andréa’s character.”

«For 12 years I did theatre, commercials, even repeat performances. I went to the Avignon festival with my shows, with sets built with my architect boyfriend and friends who are still my friends.
