Martha Stewart Shares Sultry Bathroom Selfie After Challenging Travel Plans
Martha Stewart is not letting anything hold her back as she heads into the new year. The 82-year-old media mogul recently shared a sultry bathroom selfie on Instagram, despite facing challenging travel plans.
After an eight-hour plane trip from Westchester to Palm Beach, which she described as “horrible,” Stewart still managed to look stunning in a silk nightie from Sabbiarosa. She captioned the fresh-faced photo, “I didn’t look so bad when I got up at least not as bad as I did when I went to bed- it must be the $$$$$ outfit!!”
Fans and friends flocked to the comments section to shower Stewart with praise. Interior decorator Lauren Makk wrote, “Sheesh! Save some sexy for the rest of us Mama!” Actress Ellen Pompeo called Stewart a “smoke show,” and comedian Heather McMahan praised the photo as “absolute fire Martha!”
This isn’t the first time Stewart has turned heads with a selfie. Earlier this summer, she shared a poolside snap from the Hotel Castello di Reschio in Italy and in May, she made history as the oldest woman to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Issue.
Stewart has also been vocal about her views on aging, stating that her life philosophy is to focus on “good living” rather than aging. “I think all of us should think about good living, successfully living, and not aging. The whole aging thing is so boring. You know what I mean?” she said during an appearance on the “Today” show.
