At the end of the year, it is time to take stock. The one devoted to renovation appears mixed. If the number of energy sieves in the country could soon fall below six million, that of overall renovations – which combine insulation and heating – stagnates at around 60,000 over a year (out of 700,000 projects overall). However, the stakes are high: the building sector is the fourth largest emitter of greenhouse gases, behind transport, agriculture and industry.
