In the period from December 29, 2023 to January 5, 2024 c NAA activities related to the annual closing processes for 2023 and configuring the information systems for operation in 2024 will be carried out.

Individuals who file year declaration for income taxation, they can do it through the NRA’s electronic service with the launch of the campaign on 10.01.2024. On the same day, the submission of the declarations on paper in the offices of the revenue agency also begins.

On 12/29/2023 at 10:00 a.m., the ability to make payments through the NRA’s virtual POS will be terminated. Payments with debit and credit cards at POS terminals in the NRA offices can be made until 12:00 on 29.12.2023.

As of 22.12.2023, payment via E-PAY in the electronic services of the National Revenue Service has been suspended, but tax and insurance contributions can be made by bank transfer or postal order. When making an inquiry about payments through the NRA’s e-services, the data will be up to date as of 12/29/2023.

Submission of declarations for taxation of corporate taxes through the electronic service will start on 01.03.2024. The electronic service for submitting notices of employment contracts will
will be available, but the results of the processing of the submitted data will be sent by the NRA after January 5, 2024. The reference information in this period will be up to date as of December 31, 2023. The Executive Agency “Main Labor Inspectorate” has been notified of these circumstances.
VAT registered persons submitting information-declarations and documents will be able to submit VAT information-declarations and VIES-declarations through the NRA e-service, and the information will be reflected in the report on obligations and payments after 05.01.2024.

legal entities will have access to all electronic services provided
from the National Revenue Agency, with the following exceptions: For the specified period, the electronic service for
submission of applications for VAT registration and de-registration. These
documents will be submitted only on paper in an office of the National Revenue Agency under
registration; it will not be possible to change the email and contact phone number
