At 19 years old, scammers on the fake fine payment site have made 1,700 victims

This duo contacted people by SMS, posing as Antai, the National Agency for the Automated Processing of Offenses, and directed them to a fraudulent site, inviting them to give their bank details and their identity to pay a fine. The data thus recovered was used to make purchases or was resold.
