For José María Riaño, general secretary of Anesdor, «the 2023 data reflects the good state of health enjoyed by the motorcycle and light vehicle sector. A state of health in which several factors contribute: users, who increasingly see these vehicles not only as an option to improve their mobility on a daily basis, but also to enjoy their leisure and tourism aspects; also the companies, which continually make great efforts and investments so that new vehicles have renewed technologies in favor of safety and the environment, managing to maintain low prices for the end user.

«Given the growing interest of citizens that we have been experiencing in recent years, it is increasingly evident that the motorcycle should be taken more into account in the different Sustainable Mobility Plans that are being carried out in our country, and in all the policies that are implemented in terms of mobility and road safety,” he concludes.
