Champion in 1993, 2000, 2010 and 2019 – the latter with the São Paulo headquarters also in Araraquara -, Tricolor enters the field under the command of coach Menta, who took over the category in the second phase of the 2023 Paulista Under-20 Championship and led the team to runner-up.

“The Copa São Paulo is a goal for all of us here, a privilege to participate, and we are going with great honor and determination to have a great tournament. It’s the tournament that closes our year, we’ve been preparing for it throughout the season. We entered with a team with many young players, it is a joy to be able to give these kids opportunities together with more experienced athletes who know the club and the tournament a lot, we hope that this union can provide great performances from the team”, said the São Paulo coach .

The subscribers of the #MadeInCotia team (check out information about everyone in the thread at the end of the article) include runner-up athletes from São Paulo U20 and with experience in the competition such as Leandro, Andrade, Ythallo, Brian, Palmberg, Luiz Henrique, Caio and Negrucci; with boys who played for the Under-17 team, which was runner-up in São Paulo and runner-up in Brazil – João Pedro, Igor, Basile, Guilherme Reis, Felipe, Lucas Loss, Kauê, Ferreira, Ryan Francisco, Henrique -, and there is room for the youngest, the youngest Igão, Thierry and Takada, still in the U16 team.
