Every New Year or Christmas, Bruce Willis’ family usually shows images with the actor, who used to spend the holidays with all his daughters, his current wife and his ex. This time, everything was different due to the progression of the frontotemporal dementia that he suffers from. Despite that, one of the girls shared a touching postcard with the action hero.

Scout LaRue Willis made a compilation of photos on her Instagram feed where, in addition to locating different moments she spent throughout 2023, she uploaded a snapshot in which her father is next to her.
“Great year for scouter (a play between his name and the meaning of “explore” that that word has). Welcome to joy,” he wrote in his post. In one of the images, she was shown shaking hands with her father, who was in bed, while they both looked at each other tenderly.

The young musician had shared a few weeks ago other unpublished images with Willis that reflected a moment of lucidity of the actor in the difficult trance he is going through due to the frontotemporal dementia he has.
At the end of November, in her Instagram stories, Scout LaRue showed a short clip in which she also extended her hand to the Hollywood star, who despite having a lost gaze, recognized her by returning the gesture. “My boy,” she had written.
