Details are slowly emerging about the Isias Case, which includes 11 defendants who will be tried for causing the death of the Champion Angels who lost their lives as a result of the February 6 Earthquake.
ONLY 1 DEFENDANT WILL BE IN COURT
In the case with 11 defendants, only 1 defendant will be present in the courtroom. It was learned that the other defendants, who are detained, will participate in the case via video conference from the prisons where they are held, and those who will be tried without detention, from the police stations where they are under judicial control.
PRIVATE HALL, EXTRAORDINARY SECURITY
Adıyaman Courthouse was specially prepared for the Isias case and its audience. In addition to the main hall with a capacity of approximately 125 people, another hall with a capacity of 150 people was added. The main courtroom can be followed via the screen installed in the second hall.
It is stated that entry outside these halls will be prohibited and extraordinary security measures will be taken in the courthouse.
While it is stated that the defendants will make their defense on the first day of the court, the complainants are expected to be heard on the second and third days.
