As part of its MasterClass cycle, Comilog is organizing a conference-debate on the theme of social dialogue in business on Wednesday December 27, 2023 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Moanda.
This conference-debate aims to bring together all Comilog employees and business leaders who are partners of mining activities, around the theme of social dialogue, critical to the smooth running of operations.
By opening the debate on themes such as the state of social dialogue in companies in Gabon, the roles and responsibilities for respectful and inclusive dialogue or the good practices to adopt for constructive and sustainable social dialogue, this conference-debate will wants a moment to share experiences, based on the legal and regulatory foundations in force in Gabon.
By broadening the debate to actors external to Comilog, this initiative aims to enrich and elevate the framework of social work relations towards an ambitious model where the objectives of the employer’s economic performance and well-being employees find their agreement at work.
Under the high patronage of the Ministers of Mines and Labor, this conference-debate led by institutional and union actors from Gabon opens a new type of reflection on social mechanisms in business and charts the way to bring together all the driving forces of the company in order to build the future together.
