The comedian Paco Arévalo died this Wednesday at his home in Valencia. According to the magazine ‘Semana’ and ‘Las Provincias’, the comedian’s son has found him dead for reasons that are still unknown.
Born in Madrid (September 2, 1947) and raised in Catarroja, Francisco Rodríguez Iglesias, better known as Arévalo, began his artistic career as part of ‘El Bombero Torero’, a bullfighting comedy show.
In the 70s and 80s he began his career as a comedian, participating in films, series and plays of all kinds. He also had recurring participations in the program ‘Un, dos, tres’ and had a program on Antena 3 called ‘Arévalo y Cía’.
In the theater he starred in the play ‘Dos mellizos’ alongside Bertín Osborne, with whom he forged a friendship that has endured over the years.
