Down Luke He is known for having played Michael de Santa, one of the protagonists of GTA V. Thanks to this popularity, the actor has even made the leap to streaming platforms where he shares moments with his followers.
Talking with IGN respect to GTA 6 and what its premiere will mean for fans, the actor criticized the position of a certain sector of calling ‘woke‘ to Rockstar Games for including a female character as the protagonist, specifically mentioning Lucia, whom we saw in the first trailer.
Luke said that Lucia looked great and was tough, but unfortunately he’s seen a lot of “clowns” say that ‘Rockstar became woke and gave in to the progressivism of the world‘. She explained that it is not the first time that there are female protagonists in the Grand Theft Auto saga. The scene in the trailer that she liked the most was when she enters the store and is the one who kicks the door open, while her partner, Jason, is behind her.
Michael’s interpreter is quite informed about this, since in the original installment of the series we could choose women from the list of playable characters. However, as well as the cast of men, none of them stood out for their personality. During the interview, Luke also said that the fence is quite high regarding the delivery in which he participated, but he trusts that Rockstar will know how to deliver a quality product.
GTA 6 will still arrive in 2025 for current generation consoles.
