Introducing Clicks: The Physical Keyboard Case for iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Models
BlackBerry fans who have been missing the physical keyboard on their smartphones may have a reason to rejoice. Clicks, a company specializing in keyboard accessories, has developed a keyboard case designed specifically for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro models.
The company is gearing up to showcase its innovative keyboard accessories ahead of CES. The iPhone 14 Pro version of the keyboard is set to ship out in February and is priced at $139. The iPhone 15 Pro version will follow in mid-March, with a $159 iPhone 15 Pro Max version scheduled for release in the spring.
The Clicks Creator Keyboard is available in “BumbleBee” yellow and “London Sky” gray. It features a small physical keyboard that adds a unique touch to the bottom of the iPhone. Clicks emphasizes that the case design is meant to seamlessly blend in with the iPhone, offering keys with ideal click resistance and feedback for fast and accurate typing.
The standard QWERTY keyboard includes keys for dictation, accessing emojis, and activating shortcuts like returning to the Home screen and scrolling. Additionally, a built-in backlight can be turned on for nighttime usage.
The iPhone connects to the keyboard via Lightning for the iPhone 14 Pro or USB-C for the iPhone 15 Pro. The case also supports wireless charging capabilities, although it does not include MagSafe.
It’s important to note that the Clicks keyboard does add some considerable bulk to the iPhone. For example, the iPhone 15 Pro version of the keyboard is 41.85mm longer than the standard iPhone, making the device over an inch and a half longer. Despite the added size, Clicks emphasizes that the keyboard is easy to put on and remove, and while in use, it completely replaces the software keyboard on the display.
Customers can pre-order the Clicks keyboard for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro from the Clicks website. The iPhone 15 Pro Max version can also be reserved for $30. With its unique design and practical features, the Clicks keyboard case is sure to catch the attention of iPhone users looking for a physical keyboard option.
