In this way, Pull&Bear will start its sales with discounts of up to 40% this Saturday at 6:00 p.m. on its app and an hour later on its website. Stradivarius and Oysho will do something similar, while Massimo Dutti, with discounts of up to 50%, will launch its ‘online’ offers starting at 8:00 p.m., as will the rest of the firm’s brands, such as Zara and Berskha.

The criminal organization behind the websites used ‘phishing’ and ‘spoofing’ techniques, that is, they offered products through these fraudulent websites at a price much lower than their market value. Once the victims made the payment, the order never reached the customers. Thus, the scammers replicated the header, logos and layout of the brands and promoted the web pages on social networks such as Facebook or Instagram.
