Actress and singer Denise Assunção died on the morning of Wednesday, 3, in São Paulo. The information was released on the social networks of Instituto Itamar Assumpção.
According to the note, Denise was admitted to the Hospital das Clínicas in São Paulo, where she was admitted after complications from bowel cancer.

Denise was the sister of Itamar Assumpção, icon of the Vanguarda Paulista. Acted in the film Outsourced Antigonein the show The Maids e no show Pantera, from 2021, in which he pays homage to his brother, among other works in theater, cinema and TV. She also sang with her brother in the band Isca de Police.
