New children’s pool in Fröndenberg Already collected over 5000 euros in donations

Two water depths, seating for parents and lots of toys – all of this will be available in the new children’s pool at the Dellwig outdoor pool. Work on this has been going on for a few weeks now. However, the outdoor pool still needs the support of citizens to finance it.
A total of 200,000 euros will be invested in the pool, a large part of which will be financed by Sparkasse Unna-Kamen and Leader funding. 7,000 euros are to be collected through a crowdfunding campaign. “It’s really very important for us that we get the money together so that the children’s pool can be completed right away for the new season,” says Dirk Weise.
Crowdfunding has been running since the end of November and 5,190 euros have been raised so far. “That’s a great sum. “But it is important that we reach the donation goal,” says Dirk Weise. If this is not the case, all of the money will be returned to the donors. That’s why Weise hopes that the campaign will raise 7,000 euros by the end of the financing period on February 28th.
