One person was fatally injured and several others were seriously injured in the accident that happened in the early afternoon of March 6th in Szeged near Bem Street. The accident happened at the intersection of Bem utca and Dobó utca. A local bus crashed into a tree because a car did not give it the right of way. According to our information, the bus driver was cut out of the vehicle by the firefighters. Szeged rescue management immediately sent several rescue units to the scene. A total of seven rescue units participated in the rescue. Eleven injured persons were examined and treated, one of them was seriously injured, three were seriously injured and seven were slightly injured. The 11 people were taken to hospital.
