Cher’s Son Missing as Pop Star Files for Conservatorship

Legendary singer and actress Cher has raised concerns over her son’s well-being and finances as she has filed for a conservatorship amid worries about his severe mental health and substance abuse issues, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

Cher’s son, Elijah Blue Allman, has reportedly gone missing, prompting the pop star’s urgent legal action. She expressed fears that money he is set to receive would be “immediately spent on drugs… putting his life at risk.”

The 77-year-old pop icon, who mentioned that her son makes $120,000 per year and is entitled to regular distributions from a trust established by his father, has been locked in a longstanding battle with her daughter-in-law, Marieangela King.

According to The Daily Mail, the legal proceedings will determine whether Cher will be appointed as Allman’s temporary conservator until a full hearing in March.

Despite Allman’s recent filing for divorce from King, he has asked for the case to be dropped, with King’s attorney stating that they have been working on reconciling since April.

King has criticized Cher for previously sending Allman to a lockdown facility, and has raised concerns over the conservatorship filing, calling it “deeply disturbing.”

In response, a representative of King has stated, “Ms. King wholly rejects any inference that she is incapable of caring for her husband or making sound medical and/or financial decisions on his behalf.”

The situation continues to unfold, with Cher fighting to protect her son while facing opposition from her daughter-in-law. The upcoming conservatorship hearing will be a critical moment in determining the future of Allman’s care and finances.
