Great Lakes Africa calls on the United States to reconsider its support for Kagame, the President of Rwanda.

Expected, 2/01/2024 – Burundi and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) have recently stepped up pressure on the United States to reconsider its support for Kagame [1]currently president for life of Rwanda, which took power in the Great Lakes region in the 1990s. From 1989 to 2022, the United States, via its project GUAN [2], in alliance with England, dominated globally and ousted France and Belgium from the African Great Lakes region. During this period, Burundi, the DRC and Rwanda were ravaged by civil wars and genocides, with tens of millions of victims, under the leadership of Paul Kagame and with the support of the United States through the GUAN.

In this multipolar era, similar to the current situation in West Africa with France, the United States risks expulsion from Great Lakes Africa due to the behavior of its protégé, Paul Kagame. Kagame’s neighboring countries are exasperated by the impunity granted to him by the United States through GUAN in the region. In agreement with the tradition of UbuntuWhen a leader acts in a reprehensible way on a human level – “a real killer” –a regional military coalition is formed to put an end to this situation.
