This Sunday during the 32nd finals of the FA Cup, we were treated to some very good goals.
Sunday evening Arsenal lost 2-0 to Liverpool, but the real spectacle was a few hours earlier. Traveling to Peterborough, Leeds qualified without too many problems 3-0, but we will especially remember the magnificent volley scored from 20 meters by striker Patrick Bamford. It is a gesture to be consumed without moderation and of which we never tire.
Only 10 minutes later, it was Morgan Gibbs-White’s turn to brighten up this English Cup day with his talent. Served at the edge of the area, the Englishman sent a real remote-controlled missile into the top corner of the opposing goal. But even with this gem, Nottingham Forrest could not do better than a draw against Blackpool (2-2), and will have to face them again to know who will qualify for the round of 16.
