He pointed out that “the grazing season witnessed variation due to the lack of rainfall in almost all regions,” adding that agriculture and livestock raising usually face many agro-environmental challenges and climate change that affect production, and can lead to the early departure of passing crops. The program warned that basic food commodities, both human and animal, are subject to strong competition or rivalry, which may have unfortunate consequences for the purchasing power of local communities, especially the most vulnerable.
