Tijuana BC.- The Support Foundation for special children, AC, He extended the invitation to a scholarship to a child in a vulnerable situation so that he can be cared for by specialists and given a better chance at life.
This institution has a scholarship program called ‘From the Heart for a special child‘ which is sustained thanks to altruistic sponsors who, with their donation, help with therapies for children who suffer from disabilities.
They remembered that therapy must be constant because if it is missing there is a delay in treatmentbut many times the limited resource of families prevents them from providing the required follow-up, which is why this type of support exists.
Scholarship
The scholarship covers the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment to be followed by the patient with a range of ages from 0 up to 18 years
Those interested in contributing to this cause can make a voluntary donation or if they wish to cover an entire scholarship it is valued at 1500 pesos per child per month.
Just as they can provide transportation scholarships so that families who need it can get to the facilities to receive their treatment.
Positive contribution
They indicated that the 40% of the population they receive are children of single mothers with learning, autism or emotional problems.
Currently, the Support Foundation for special children, AC will celebrate 30 years of contributing positively to children and families with special needs.
