The criminal linked to a criminal faction who was arrested in Bolivia arrived during the night of Thursday (11), in São Paulo. Elvis Riola de Andrade, who is the former director of the Gaviões da Fiel samba school, was located in the neighboring country using false documents. He was arrested by Bolivian agents and later transferred to the capital of São Paulo.
