Conflict at Upplands Väsby Grocery Store: Woman Fights Over Energy Drink Age Restriction

At around 10pm on Friday, an employee in a grocery store in Upplands Väsby pressed the burglar alarm.

According to the staff’s information to the police, a conflict arose between a store employee and a “young woman” who wanted to buy an energy drink without being able to prove her age.

“That conflict ended with the young woman starting to fight,” writes the police on their website.

Swedish grocery retailers have an agreement not to sell energy drinks to people under the age of 15.
