Jose Gonzalez, the Swedish folk musician who is very popular in our provinces, will perform this May at the Opera House. This is the third time he has come to perform here, about five years after his last appearance. He will arrive as part of the tour for his new album Local Valley.
Gonzalez is known for his original songs alongside cover versions that over the years have become very much identified with him. Veneer released his debut album in 2003, and managed to collaborate with bands such as Zero7, and also led his own band – Junip.
The opening show will be by Aya Zehavi Feiglin, and we can only hope that this is a sign to come. And also to all sorts of things related to epidemics, but not opened here. Tickets are currently sold at a cost of NIS 250.
