The Eilat mall project will become one of the largest shopping centers in Israel as Abu plans to build a large shopping center and a large transportation terminal on the site to be used by Egged. Let’s recall that currently Abu’s plan is to build a commercial center that will cover 30,000 square meters, a large parking lot, 300 apartments and a public transportation terminal that will be used mainly by Egged.

The estimated cost of the project is NIS 900 million, an amount that Abu has pledged to achieve, while the expected NOI assuming full occupancy is about NIS 80 million every year.
