From banana peels to leftover lunches and coffee grounds, even the smallest businesses produce organic waste on their own scale. However, since the beginning of the month, these should no longer end up in the household waste bin but be collected separately so that they can be recycled, for example into compost which will enrich the soil in public gardens.
