Russian President Vladimir Putin included it in a speech to his fellow citizens in the Baltic states. They are in danger of being expelled there, he says. A statement that immediately brings to mind a recently leaked report in which the German army predicts an invasion of those NATO countries by Russia and for which the way would be paved by sowing unrest. Is that scenario already happening? And will Putin get the Russians in Estonia and Latvia – accounting for a quarter of the population – on his side?
