In two weeks, the annual event that America is eagerly waiting for will take place – the Super Bowl, the finals of the Football League that will be held this year in the city of Las Vegas. Meanwhile, it turns out that the construction and infrastructure company Electra recorded its own achievement in the field: its American subsidiary was chosen to carry out mechanical work in a huge football stadium that will include 62 thousand seats, to be built for the “Buffalo Bills” team, in the city of Buffalo in the state of New York.

Electra will carry out works in the amount of 59 million dollars (about NIS 218 million), as part of a huge project with a financial scope of 1.7 billion dollars. As mentioned, its American subsidiary (67%) named P.W. FW Sims, which deals in mechanical work in the fields of air conditioning, will be responsible for the execution of the project.
The stadium named “Highmark” will be used by the team, which plays in the American Football League (NFL), and upon its completion, it should be the largest structure ever built in this area of the United States. The start of work is immediate and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2026 , in preparation for the opening of the season of games in the league.

Electra, under the management of Itamar Deutscher and under the control of the Elco Group, performs contracting work in Israel and abroad. The company’s current market value is approximately NIS 5.4 billion, with its stock falling by 16% in the last year. The company has been operating in the US since 2019 , then acquired control of Hellman Electric and Gilston.
