Her evening: Say congratulations to Laur Cohen, 20 years old from Rosh Ha-Ein, who qualified for the finals of “The Next Eurovision Star”. The big five fought tonight for the first ticket to the finals, with a series of phenomenal performances that shook the studio. Or was the one who achieved the highest percentages in her performance – 93% – thus securing her place in the finals to be held next Tuesday.

The first to sing tonight was Mika Moshe who performed “Umbrella” and finished the performance with 84%. After her, Dor Shimon came on stage and sang “Maovhav Be Gashem” and scored 80%. Shai Tamino sang “Loruh Hayam” and finished the performance with 62%. Then it was Or’s turn to lift the studio into the air with the performance of “Clay Walls”, which ended as mentioned with six blues and an impressive 93%. The last to sing this evening was Eden Golan who performed “Roar” accompanied by dancers on stage, she was close to the light but it was not enough to qualify for the final tonight – 88%.

When Or finished singing, the judges stood up and cheered. “What happened here? What kind of thing is this? What charisma, what power,” Assaf Amdorsky was amazed, “You know very well what you are doing. You know how to choose these songs and the right arrangement. Every time you bring it full-power. You are heard Like someone who is going to make an amazing album.”

Ran Denker, who announced Or as his favorite to win, described: “You grab the microphone, get caught and don’t let go until the end of the number. As far as I’m concerned, you’re the winner. It’s clear to me. I’m locked in. You’re locked in like a bulldog, I’m locked in too. I don’t let go.” Eden Hasson flattered: “You burned the place down. Everything was fire, everything was kicking – but you didn’t attack anything. It was accurate. I want to buy a ticket to your concert.”

Shiri Maimon added: “Not only did you not attack, you left us in suspense. We sat in the market and didn’t move. What charisma.” Keren Pels concluded: “I’m trying to gather myself into something coherent because I’m going crazy with this performance. We’re in a crazy reality and you managed to bring all this surrounding storm to us in the studio. There’s Lavasta who holds the reins and she’s racing – and I’m after you. How strong it was and with Otzma. Today we know that women are also fighters. You are a fighter, you are a lioness – and you are taking us to victory in Eurovision.”

On Thursday the semi-finals – the deciding stage, at the end of which we will know who the three will join Or in the final which will be held as mentioned next Tuesday, February 6th. In the final, you will vote and determine who will be our representative for Eurovision in Sweden.
