How the 43-year-old was arrested, who harassed a 13-year-old girl and traveled from Patras to meet her in an apartment in Piraeus, was recorded in a video made public by Youtuber, Alexandros Kopsialis.
The perpetrator was arrested, after a trap set for him by the minor’s father, when he was informed by the girl that he approached her via Instagram and started sending her messages and videos of sexual content.
The father of the 13-year-old, with the help of Alexandros Kopsialis, continued to chat from his daughter’s profile with the perpetrator, pretending to be her. Finally, he managed to make an appointment with the 43-year-old for the January 18in a friend’s house, in Piraeus.
As the Youtuber can be heard saying, when he was initially informed by the 13-year-old’s father I was “surprised and upset” but “then I composed myself, let’s see if we can catch him”.
At the same time, when the 43-year-old sent to the girl’s profile the ticket he had booked at KTEL, the father rushed to the Police Department to lawsuit against him. “We didn’t think that he would start from the province with KTEL at 6 in the morning” he emphasizes, while clarifying that the 43-year-old wanted to ensure that the meeting with the minor would take place in such a way that no one would see them, because it would end up in prison. “Knowing he did something illegal,” Kopsialis emphasized.
The video of Alexandros Kopsialis records the moment when the 43-year-old enters the apartment. However, the 13-year-old was not waiting for him there, as he had hoped.
«I lost it when I heard the bell ring”, says the Youtuber and mentions that “adrenaline hit red”. He explains that immediately after that they called the police and the police picked up the 43-year-old, arrested him and took him to the Drapetsonas police station, as a lawsuit had already been filed by the girl’s father.
